Dr. Brett Chance D.C.,CCSP,CSNC,CES,PES

Dr. Brett Chance is a Board-Certified Chiropractic Physician (NBCE) and also holds a Board Certification in Physiotherapy (NBCE). He is also recognized by the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians (ACBSP) as Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) and has advanced training in sports rehabilitation, treating and diagnosing musculoskeletal based injuries from the spine to the extremities.

Dr. Brett Chance is also a functional nutrition practitioner and uses food, natural supplementation, stress management and exercise as “medicine” to fuel and aid in optimizing your body based on your health & wellness goals.

Caitlin Torres MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Prior to beginning her career in healthcare, Caitlin was an educator in various countries and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in rural Nicaragua, where she worked with local teachers and healthcare workers to improve practices. As a culturally competent, board-certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, Caitlin possesses sound clinical judgment and is dedicated to providing patient-centered care. She listens intently, demonstrates genuine concern, and fosters a calm and comfortable environment for her patients.

Outside of the clinic, Caitlin is a health and fitness enthusiast with a passion for wellness. She is an avid triathlete and regularly competes in races, including 10Ks, half marathons, and sprint and Olympic distance triathlons. Caitlin enjoys inspiring and motivating her friends, colleagues, and patients to achieve their health and fitness goals.

Caitlin obtained her first Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and International Studies with Honors from the University of Iowa. She later earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University, graduating Summa Cum Laude as a NURSE Corps scholar. Furthering her nursing education, Caitlin obtained her Master’s Degree in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialty from Frontier Nursing University.

When not in the clinic, Caitlin can be found outdoors with her husband two boys and their Vizsla pup, embracing her active lifestyle and love for the great outdoors.
